It is reasonably well organised with alot of help being provided when needed.

I receive lots of support and am able to contact many different people not only at the same stage as me but also those more experienced.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

At first I didn't receive as much as i would have liked but that was quickly fixed and in the second half i received all the help i needed
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like it gives me more of an understanding of pensions that I have not covered purely on the team.

I think it is a good job that offers all the needed help in a nice workplace. I have always felt very welcomed and enjoy working at the company.
