I am a POC at Amazon for the past 4-5 years, I have managed leading roles in Outbound, Inbound and Sort.

To be honest, not much. There is a lot of confusion, having 4-5 different tutors disrupted our work everytime and no one is taking responsibility. Props to our best tutor at Penshaw!
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My leaders at my site is really giving me the support I need and always asks how my course is going and they are very engaged.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

From Penshaw itself our new trainer is very on top of it and receives good support. But for Functional skills there is almost 0 support.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I am mostly trained in all areas and are good at it, with this qualification it helps me to understand some things better and also if there was something I am missing in my knowledge.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes we have sports clubs, like football or cricket. Walk and Talk events etc.
