my program is a 3 year program where each year i move onto a different area of the site to gain more experience

Monthly reviews, easy to talk too and also helps me with anything that i need in regards to work

my training provider offers a lot of support including bi-monthly reviews and monthly college days where we get a task set and also review the task we did the week before. We also learn from the curriculum.

it makes the job easier to understand and also it underlines the importance of health and safety

there are monthly apprentice meetings and also a lot of social events such as, apprentice meals/drinks, bowling, hiking and much more
