My role is essentially Account Management. I am the client's main point of contact with the main focus of ensuring clients receive maximum value from the SAP Partnership

It has been great! Though it does take up more time than you think it will at the start of the course

I've learnt new leadership theory but more importantly been provided the framework in how I can implement them in my current team.

Very well structured - great interactions with the tutors. The online modules are very well coordinated and simple for self led study

Apart from my manager joining 3 calls with my tutor, not much.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My tutor is always on hand via email and happy to have monthly touch points which have been helpful in ensuring i'm progressing through my modules correctly.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I think it helps provide a new perspective to Leadership. It helps me self identify what my leadership style will be once I'm in a Leadership role and where i would make changes to compared to my current manager.
