Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working in the internal finance team for the business, mainly producing management accounts, financial reports, and working with the team to complete various other projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The programme is challenging however most of the tutors are supportive and have a lot of knowledge.

Yes I've been with BHP since starting my career in finance over 4 years ago now and have learn't everything I know from this role.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The level 7 apprenticeship courses are structured well so that on average you have about 4 days to learn the content, 4 days to revise the content (go through questions in class), and one day to complete a mock (in class).
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Offered apprenticeship days every month to complete any coursework and put on day release for study leave.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Tutors are very helpful and will support you whenever you need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Training is quite relevant. Certain modules, like tax for example, are not as relative to my role however areas like performance management have a lot of cross over. It depends what you specialise in.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes the main ones are five a side football and various social events throughout the year.
