i enjoy this very much there is alot of jobs which get started that makes me excited to see the end result

i have learned how to cut in better and keep the work place cleaner and also setting up the work space such as dust sheets and masking tape

very well organised we make sure if jobs need equipment we get them from the yard on the way home or in the yard in the morning keeping us moving and not stood around wondering what we need

i receive alot of support from my employers they treat the same as they treat other lads making me feel better about the lads around me

i get helped alot i have my cscs card they bagnalls has helped me to get showing they care about the qualifications i get while woking under them

i have already told many friends about bagnalls its a good challange to face and the lads treat you like family its a great community to be in
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Bagnalls?
to keep your head down and that your still learning all the people here understand people need to learn but over time becomes easier and dont be affraid to ask questions
