I manage a delivery office in a people company. I spend my mornings engaging with a team of 27 people and create solutions that ensure we clear our workload each day. In the late morning and afternoon i adbot an admin focused task set. managing finances
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Applied learning, everything i studied on my course i made a very conscious effort to put myself in a place to apply the learning. Then reflect and analyse the learning. What worked well for me and what didn't.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

The Apprenticeship really opened my eyes to how i can pursue being a better manager. thinking about situational leadership and shannon and weavers communication model. Tailored communication and approach with individuals has seen the Phycological security and productivity increase in my delivery office.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

The programme was extremely well organised. With structured calls with my learning provider throughout. Babington made sure i had the tools and environment to succeed.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

it was tough to being with, We were all learning what apprentices would look like in frontline operations. However with the support from Babington and enhanced communication skills (from the programme) it became easier to articulate what good support looked like. Then the Support became incredible.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Vast amounts of support. My skills coach was only ever an email away. the email was always answered promptly and with the detail i needed to progress my tasks. If i ended up going over due the learning provider created the space in my learning to focus.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Absolutely. The qualification and that process has ignited a hunger for success in myself. It given me the academic learning to articulate in the face of higher ups in my organisation. Along with developed my confidence to be a future leader for my business.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

often, I had the opportunity to meet the MP elect to chair the education committee. which was a fantastic opportunity. Long with various charity work for the British heart foundation and St peters hospice.

50 words isn't enough. RM is a fantastic employer with fantastic opportunities to progress in a professional regard. Its a company were i believe I'm valued as a person and leader and not just another number. Its given my fantastic opportunity that i wouldn't have else were.
