My day to day roles involves managing my own projects, conducting/sitting in meetings, writing documents and recording data. Communicating with both internal an external stakeholders.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am currently enjoying my apprenticeship alot as it has a good balance of workload and education. My Team is very understanding and supportive. As it is such a big company i would like to explore other aspects of the business aswell and further develop more sought after skills for when i complete my apprenticeship.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt new skills such as how to better operate within an office environment. How to manage a project using tools such as GANNT Charts and Kanban boards. I have learnt more about the processes behind event management and what CR&S is and how to promote it within business.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

My apprenticeship is very well structured as it incorporates what I have been learning into the actual job. However it does need to include more of an environmental aspect of work and learning as these are some of the skills and knowledge that are sought after within this job sector.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive alot of support from my employers from the very beginning up until now for managing time and having regular 1-1s with my management teams. They like to keep updated with what I am learning within my apprenticeship and how they can ensure to tailor my work to merge with what I am learning.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive all the support I need from my training provider and within good time.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

What I learn in my qualification is good and helpful, however its not used alot within my role at the moment.

Yes there are a wide range of affinity groups that employees can join. Additionally depending on your role there are various team networking events to learn more about other parts of the business and/or your team.

A lot of opportunities, Good pay for an apprenticeship, well known company to have on your CV, many opportunities for further learning and development, Great working environment / building and facilities, Good work benefits, mediocre discount.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon?
Ensure you learn about the leadership principles and have a flexible mindset to be willing to learn as much as possible within the time of your apprenticeship. Research some of the projects others in the programme you are applying for have been working on (using LinkedIn).
