Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

On a day to day basis i deal with parents for drop off and collection discussing about their child's day. Change nappies, prepare and support meal times, i support childrens learning and development through activities and play.

I have learnt how to complete observations and reports on children to support their development. i have learnt how to manage time keeping. How to work as a team, communicating within my room and the importance of it.

If i need support it is offered however as she has more than one apprentice it takes a bit longer for me to get the support i need. but besides this i receive good support
