My role involves administering medication, supporting personal care, monitoring health, liaising with professionals, and mentoring junior staff. I ensure person-centred care and uphold safety and dignity in all daily routines.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I thoroughly enjoy the programme as it has boosted my confidence, deepened my knowledge, and prepared me for greater responsibilities.
