I'm currently a step up TL. Running the shift to make sure all parcels are sent to customers in time. Making sure that my associates are doing their job right and without any problems.

My manager is supporting me a lot. Giving me time for OTJ. As well LnD are giving me an opportunity to do a lot of trainings that I needed for my apprenticeship.
