Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

As a cover manager I have to go to different offices every week. I manage a delivery office and the role is based to manage a team, fill reports, customer service, check performance, check budget, health and safety.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the programme the only issue sometimes is getting on track with my learning.

I am getting better knowledge, essential skills, and with that I can perform better my role. The adaptation through the learning and the daily tasks is great and I can apply mostly of my learning in my job.
