I generate samples and test them against standard specifications to develop novel products or find ways to cut costs during products.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy it a lot. I appreciated working towards my degree whilst being paid

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I've improved my communication skills for example presenting results to my manager. I've also developed technical lab skills which allows me to perform more effectively in my role

How well organised/structured is your programme?

MMU have a lot of experience when it comes to handling apprenticeships and it shows. All modules are delivered efficiently and it doesn't feel like they try to cram in lots of information all at once
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Whenever I need anything, I feel comfortable to ask any of my colleagues/manager where they help to the best of their abilities.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

University lecturers often reply within a reasonable time to emails helping in whichever way possible. There is also extra "Study Skills" for a variety of areas to develop skills that are missing id needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Certain modules apply really well to the work I do. They've helped me understand the underlaying principles relating to the chemistry I do.

Yes
Why?
It's a really supportive environment with opportunities to grow. There is a nice work life balance with flexible working hours. The company promotes DEI holding such events like during Pride Month to spread awareness to the ageing workforce

Be authentic and show an interest in the area you are looking to enter
