Recommendations & Advice

Would you recommend Arm to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Arm pays very competitively compared to other apprentice programs and the culture here is amazing, everyone is warm and welcoming. My rating for the employer support is not rated higher due the unforeseen change in apprenticeship leads and with a new lead joining recently I expect that things will get better and I have already started to see an improvement in that area.
Overall, I think Arm is an amazing place to do an apprenticeship.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Arm?
Network as much as possible, meet new people from teams that are not your own. You never know the opportunities this may bring you.
