Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
4/5
I work as a compliance administrator. Self explanatory, I ensure all the compliance work adheres to the PAS2035 regulations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
4/5
8 out of 10, as most of the course i've enjoyed and felt like i've learned a lot. My mains issue is the scheduling. due to my deferral, some of the modules seem to collide with each other, which proved to be an inconvenience.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
Yes. I've learned more about more functions in Excel and now to identify trends and patterns in a dataset.

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
4/5
Other than what i've mentioned before with the scheduling, the structure of the programme feels organised, especially the live events. I felt like i received the most from the apprenticeship during those sessions.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I receive as much support as is requested by me.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
I think I can lean more of my tutors, however i've not really done this as much. Some of the modules at first, were quite confusing and hard to grasp. However, after attending the live sessions, they began to make sense to me.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
4/5
I think it will bode better if there were recordings of the live sessions. Sometimes its difficult for me to concentrate, so having a recording to refer back to and study, would be hugely beneficial. That being said, what i've learned has helped in my role
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
1/5
I chose a 1 because I am unaware if there are anything like this at my place of work.
