I support the business with their health and safety strategy. I undertake assurance visits to sites and to out stakeholder offices ensuring compliance with our management systems. I manage a team of six people

Its a very good programme, it is very heavy on the homework but there is reward

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, throughout the apprenticeship I a learning new ways of managing projects and how to remove waste from process.

I have all the support i need from my employer who allows me sufficient time each week to undertake my apprenticeship
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I can contact my tutor at anytime and book time in his diary for discussions and meetings. this works well. I have contacted the training provider twice and they have been very helpful
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It is helping me alot. I am now more structured and I am passing the information I learn to my co-workers where we can then build projects together

I work alot with grassroots sports. There are potential things I can be doing to help them reduce costs and wastes in process
