Overview of Role

Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
5/5
Management of the City Partnerships PMO. Managing bidding activity and the programmes surrounding it.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
5/5
The programme at Arden is great, with a fantastic cohort which enables lots of idea generation and some great learning opportunities

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
5/5
I have learnt valuable skills around bid management, bid writing and how to prepare for these activities

Structure and Support

How well organised/structured is your programme?
5/5
Yes. The programme coordination is excellent. I have all the times predefined. I have a regular monthly catch up with a tutor, who is extremely helpful
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
I get as much support as I need. I am able to take regular time in order to work on my university activities, as well as opportunities to furher develop my learnings.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
4/5
The training provider is excellent from a support term. They have a regular tutor who I can build a relationship with. They are always available to help with questions and support. The modules have been varied, with some being excellent and really insightful, with others being slightly underwhelming. But the feedback is always taken respectfully.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
3/5
I think it gives ideas to help with my role, although not a direct link from role to learning.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
5/5
There are, but I choose not to participate.
