Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Creating instructions for engineers, going to business sites and completed survey on them, gathering images from building, electric cabinets, chambers, hub sites and then putting a plan together in office or sometimes working from home.

-Waiting time to get exam results is too long.
-Too much information at once when it comes to functional skills and project management, it would be good to have this a bit more structured with setting more realistic plan. But still loving it

There are some really awesome helpful people with great attitude to help, but also there are some more inconsistent coaches who might have been a bit less helpful.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It tough me a lot about techniques I can use to view every important task as a project, that helped me to be more efficient.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are a lot of opportunities regularly. I have myself attended a lot of events, like The Big Conversation, Apprentice event (especially at the start there were a lot of cool activities together and that was mandatory which was great) , my team regularly has social activities every quarter

Why?
It is the best job I have ever had (I had a lot of different jobs) , the company really cares about the people and there are lots of benefits, like private health insurance and lots of lots of different kind of support and growth opportunities. Loving it.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Virgin Media O2?
Be your authentic self and don't be afraid to show your full potential. This company values people who want to stand out from my experience.
