In my role i am learning to be a pipe welder i mostly work on stainless steel and carbon pipe my day to day involves a morning briefing by my supervisor where i then vet told what i am doing for the day either a job or just practising pipe
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really like my progamme it is very challenging but rewarding

I have learnt many new skills been on the workshop floor and been around experienced tradesman

I would say my programme is well organised we have bays for practsing our welds and are never left without helpn

We receive alot of support from our employers if we ever ask for anything it will be given to us the best it can be
