Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Manage project against time, cost and quality constraints. Attend client meetings discussing progress, reviewing schedule against progress ad predicted progress. Assess cost of work performed and cost of work scheduled. Attend internal progress meetings, all departments highlighting any issues (training, resource, H&S issues, quality issues etc)
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy most aspects - in the early stages i lacked project experience, which gave me a disadvantage at university, howevr i'm not in a project role, able to apply the theory to day to day tasks.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes - i'm nearing the end of my apprenticeship and all the project management theory was new to me, it's been excellent to learn this and also apply it my own role.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I work in a smaller organisation which does not have a structured programme for PM apprentices, i think organisation improve this by incorporating a development plan which reflects the KSB competencies.

As the theory differs to how my organisation runs projects, this can be challenging. However, the concept is the same
