I am a Recruitment Consultant where we work with companies within healthcare and life sciences. I manage the full recruitment cycle, from sourcing candidates and conducting interviews to client liaison and offer negotiation, ensuring successful placements and account management to develop partnerships with our clients
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It has it's challenges with managing university work and work in a sales role however has given me good experiences

How well organised/structured is your programme?

not very well organised, with feedback being late, a lot of change in course lead and being the first cohort to complete the course there were a lot of teething issues
How much support do you receive from your employer?

we were given allocated 1 day a week for university and joined our review calls.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

we had offered support and check-ins with flexability to get as much as we needed.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

not too much, as it is a very broad degree the specific skills needed for recruitment hasn't translated much but has provided some insight into businesses as a whole to support our clients
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

It is a good degree apprenticeship opportunity to get work experience and a degree if you're unsure on university
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Zenopa?
Make sure you have a good understanding of recruitment before joining and a good work ethic to also be able to do the university work and be well organised.
