Why?
Good starting point for your career and as they have been doing it for a while they are very good at attaining and helping you to become a very well rounded scientist by the end of the course. Also are many opportunities to expand and do a variety of roles.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to GSK?
Make sure you regularly discuss with mangers and hiring personnel what is needed to gain a landing role and the likelihood of getting one in current role. As you may need to venture to new teams to find a landing role.
