My day to day role includes data collections and supporting the team on projects alongside one I am leading
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The SCL programme was enjoyable and I learnt a valuable insight into the retail sector but sometimes would not correlate to Amazon for example the way Amazon operates was different to what we were being taught to do.

Well organized monthly sessions and reviews alongside set assignments which matched our current teachings.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

A lot of support regrading amazon work less with apprenticeship work as some of it wasn't relevant to Amazon. From the apprenticeship team not much support offered aside from monthly meetings which were usually cancelled.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A great amount of support from the training provider at all times, very friendly and super quick replies- always felt very supported.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Parts have helped me but other skills don't correlate to Amazons way of business.

Yes there is many apprenticeship events and networking events within my team such as off sites ,socials, coaching sessions.

Valuable work experience, opportunity to grow new skills and a great income
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Amazon?
Be prepped for training in a lot of systems within amazon such as Data sites which are internal so skills you cant necessarily use in other companies/roles.
