It’s organised well in terms of the support I am given by HR, but the structure of my apprenticeship was a bit all over the place when I arrived.

A lot from HR, from my team leader on my previous team not as much.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support, it has improved a lot since the beginning and I can ask for extra material and resources.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

With some modules it is relevant to my job such as media law and court reporting but other modules I don’t find applicable to my day to day responsibilities.
