Everyday my job is filled with different and exciting tasks. This can range from containment work, to cable/wiring work.

From starting my apprenticeship at NG Bailey I have learned and developed different skills that will be with me for life. I feel very confident in my job role and feel like a valued member of the team.

It is well organised and we are supported throughout our journey by helpful and caring apprenticeship development partners.
How much support do you receive from your employer?
5/5
The ADP team are very supportive throughout your journey and will assist you when needed. Working alongside many electricians and other job roles throughout NG Bailey also give you support when needed.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

They provide lots of support and also are in touch with your training provider throughout the process to ensure the training providers are training us the best they can.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I really enjoy my time at college and have been assisted thoughout these 3 years with any help I may need.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

There are plenty of activities throughout NG Baileys if you are interested, such as 5 aside, hikes, runs etc.

Why?
It has developed my skills and understanding on electrical installations and I truly feel support throughout my whole journey. I don’t know what I would have done without NG Bailey
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NG Bailey?
Be Commited to work and alway be willing to learn as everyone will help you throughout the apprenticeship.
