I enjoy it. There's a lot to learn and it's all quite interesting to me.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt a lot! Programming in multiple different languages, learning to write different kind of tests, how to safely deploy code. A lot of different technical skills.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

This has been rather poor. Communication from my training provider has been bad and their scheduling of our work has been abysmal.

How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The training providers support is poor for the most part. My skills coach has been good but the overall organisation and communication from the training provider is poor.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I don't feel like the qualification helps me perform better at work. The training provided by my employer has been much more useful.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Plenty of sport clubs and activities to join. There are communities for basically any hobby and a very inclusive environment!
