I work with clients to help them understand the Bloomberg terminal and how it can help them with their job role

It is really fun and diverse as you are consistently learning new things and there is always opportunity to go into more trainings and groups

I have learnt excel and the terminal in great detail and relevant to each asset class

It was very clear with a presentation at the start to tell us all about where we can go and career progression

There is a lot of support from employers and managers in 1-1s. We have these with HR too

We have weekly lectures and monthly in person lectures with the University that help a lot with regular marked assignments

It is relevant to finance and asset classes so it relates to work and how we assist clients. It also helps with asset classes trainings

There are DE&I events as well as volunteering opportunities throughout. There are also fun chats to join to do with sports and activities/ interests

Nice environment and great culture. They are very supportive and there is so much to learn
