Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My day to day involves assisting clients with queries specific to the systems we provide to them. This ranges from clients reaching out to us with questions as well as us providing trainings to clones to help better their understanding of our systems.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program quite a bit. There is a plethora of information and knowledge to be gained which is great and there is always something new to learn.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed great communication skills and time management skills through constantly speaking to clients and dealing with multiple client queries at a time.

It’s very structured. Recently there has been implementation of different pathways we can take in order to constantly progress and improve.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a fair amount of support. Constant talks with my managers and HR help out with this in cases where I may be struggling or need extra assistance
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive a good amount of support, having monthly catch ups with my tutor and going through any issues I may have or any assistance I need.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It helps to an extent. The education side covers more than what is looked at in my role, however some parts do crossover and help fortify my industry knowledge which is essential when dealing with clients.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, there are many activities. We have a plethora of different communities which have community focused events to which all employees are invited.
