To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It’s hard work, especially balancing everything and the job can be demanding. However it’s great experience and you can’t get this sort of knowledge and development at such a young age anywhere else

Yes many - coding, financial knowledge , terminal usage, excel and also interpersonal skills

Well organised, I have regular mentor catchups and my university provide support when I need it

Great support - whenever I need time off for exams or university assingments , it can be arranged. Furthermore there a lots of resources available to help with my studies

It’s mostly remote which can be challenging. However I can contact my mentor anytrime I went as well as the lecturers
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Sometimes my role is very different to my studies. However there are instances where they overlap and i can use some knowledge from my studies in my work

Why?
Very cool company , with lots of skilled people to learn from . The office is great and you get great exposure to finance

Make sure you research the company well. Be confident in your interviews and friendly !
