I thoroughly enjoy the programme, its given me the time to explore new skills and opportunities. Provided me with mentorship and the chance to upskill through certifications.

Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

It’s well organised. There are clear dates for courses, the content is provided well in advance and there is plenty of time to complete all tasks before the next course. My learning mentor is great, very approachable.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Lots of support. They’ve provided mentorship, opportunities for growth through offering courses and certification sponsored by my employer. I have weekly meetings to ensure I’m on task for both work and the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is very helpful. I have monthly catch ups with my learning mentor which are also practice for the EPA.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification helps me consolidate prior knowledge and build completely new skills in areas I haven’t yet developed.
