At work, i learn more than i do at college. At college, the things we are supposed to learn change every month, and it just seems like they dont know what to do with us.

None, last month i was at college all we did every single day was dismantle and reassemble a car engine and then do a practical exam we have already done before.

Why?
Because it is a job for life. You get more benefits here than you would do in another job. It is easy to get along with everyone here. Everyone is friendly. If theres anything you need help with, there are always people you can ask.
