Yes I learnt many new skills from basic business skills to how to professionally and effectively manage staff all the way to pairing wines and food

Very well organised most was done online within my hours which works amazing working in hospitality and around personal life

I had the best support not only from my site but from head office. Every member of staff supported me without question

Again great support my worker was amazing when I needed help if he wasn’t available then he would get back to me as soon as possible
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

It has made me a better team member and once I have the opportunity it will make me a better management person and I feel confident in what I have learnt

Yes I have been to watch cricket and award evenings I am aware that this is mainly because of the apprenticeship
