I work with our trade union and other forums to support our ways of working. In addition to this I also support my peers with delivering people based projects based around labour turnover, labour relations, attendnace etc

I enjoy the learning aspect and the satisfaction of completing a module and getting my result back.

I have become more confident participating in meetings and find that I have broadened my people knowledge to allow me to see the bigger picture

Very well structured - there is an organisational time line through-out the programme that is shared on the hub and the regular check ins with my coach keep me on track
