the company is very organised when i get work. When i first joined i expected it to be very structured in what i would be doing, but it isn't really , i get lots of different work from all around the office of others. At first i thought that some of the work i was getting wasn't relevant but having different work every day has helped my knowledge in my role massively.

It teaches me overall about construction, and being new to construction this can really help.
