I am a composites apprentice working for Atlassian Williams racing and In my role I carry out training workpieces and learning the day to day work to be able to help us grow into full time workers.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I really enjoy my apprentership as i learn new things everyday and I have fun doing my job as everyday I do different jobs which is exciting to do.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt many new skills in the time I have been an apprentice in composites, I have learnt to manufacture and produce high quality parts, overall i have learnt many new skills already in the apprentership.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

My programme is very well sort out as I know exactly what to do including college work and work i do day in day out
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I receive a lot of support from my employers as my manager is very supporting as well as the early carers team helping my out as well.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

My training provider is very supportive in helping with getting to my qualifications as i go in every tuesday and i get a lot of work done on that day.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

My Training provider helps my with a lot of relevant subjects that come up in my day to day work, this helps me with these and further improves my quality of workpieces
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

At my workplace there is a football team, running club and gym classes so there is a lot of different activates to get involved in.

It is a very interesting, knowledgeable and fun experience working here and it will further improve my work quality further down the years

Make sure you have relevant experience and make sure to not stop trying to apply if it does not work it will come eventually.
