Assisting the general manager with the running of a pub. Including serving customers, back office admin, and cellar maintenance.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

The course as a whole has been useful. I enjoy learning new things and putting them into practice.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have been kitchen trained which is a new skill for me. As well as developing skills already learned such as cash management and team leadership.

For the most part it seems well organised. There are a few technical issues with the system that I have a problem with.
