my normal role is in healthcare where I have been completing tax returns and accounts work - however I have also been completing audit work.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy my program a lot as everyone is friendly and helpful but serious when work needs doing.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have developed my communication skills as I talk to clients a fair bit. Also I have learned leadership skills as we do skills days where we learn these types of skills.

My place of work is structured really well. everything is well planned and you know exactly what you are doing and where you need to be at all times.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

because there is always someone that has done what you are doing everyone always helps each other. If the person you asked doesn't know the answer they will help you find out who will.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

we received a lot of support from FI as we get 2 whole books full of all the information we need and we can also email out tutor whenever if we are struggling with something
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

I feel like the qualification I am doing is helping a lot as it is helping me understand information that I can take into my work

we have social events that happen regularly which helps us interact with different team members that we don't quite know.

Would you recommend BHP to a friend?
Yes
Why?
Because they are a friendly company that are well organised and give you a lot of support through your exams. there is also a lot of opportunities to progress.
What tips or advice would you give to others applying to BHP?
Always ask questions. if you are unsure about something make sure you ask instead of just doing something and getting it wrong.
