Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working solely and as part of a team to produce architectural drawings and information. This typically involves the use of architectural software to create 3D models, produces drawings for planning, tender and construction, facilitating the management of projects.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Its good but challenging, doing assignments as well as working full time can be stressful but this helps with improving time management.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I am constantly improving my current knowledge within the industry, it is a vast field so there is lots to learn and work towards.

How well organised/structured is your programme?

I would say the structure cant be improved much more than it already is, university themes tie in with work and things learnt can be applied.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer is understanding, especially around deadlines where i can get the option to work from home more than usual.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The qualification for Architects can be criticized, often it can be seen as a drawn out process, however you learn valuable skills that help your understanding of the industry.
Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

We try to have social events funded by the company each month (sometimes these carry over) such as meals. More recently a golf league has just started which will be exciting.
