I thoroughly enjoy the apprenticeship due to every day being different and the work always keeping you on your toes.

Climbing wooden poles, troubleshooting electrical problems, communicating and working within a team, customer service skills, manual handling skills, hand skills.

The programme is well structured with a plan set in place at the start with an expected progression timeline to keep you accountable.

Lots of support from managers, mentors and trainers at the training school.
