I complete a three month placement in each department of the business to help understand the business. During this I would network with the teams i work with and complete tasks and projects that are set. I would also attend meetings that they attend.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I very much enjoy my programme due to being able to experience different sectors of the business.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to develop my own personal image and how to network with other people and what benefit this has to me. I have also learnt how to analyse different situations and having the confidence to speak up when there is issues.
