my role at kier is to assist engineers in completing there projects. I have worked on many different projects with my team and have played a key role in getting them completed on time and within budget.

To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I do really enjoy the programme i am a part of, as there is room for exponential growth and to become a respected member of senior management.

Skills Development

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt how to proficiently use AutoCAD to create drawing packs for clients and i have learnt a lot about civil engineering and how a project is managed.

In some aspects yes but in many of them no, as pearsons level 3 in construction and the built environment (civil engineering) does not have much to do with my day to day work in the office.
