Organisational skills, communication skills, time management skills, problem solving skills. Additionally, my ability to work as a team and my ability to adapt to a given situation has improved.

Very well organised- per month you can typically expect to work one week in university and three weeks in office/on site
How much support do you receive from your employer?

Very supportive- any questions are welcomed and answered. There is a large support network at Kier meaning you can work whilst reassured support is there if necessary
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

supportive- monthly catchups are arranged to ensure you are on track and any extra assistance is scheduled here if necessary. All learning resources are available to support academic progression
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
