learning how to operate machines and ensuring they are manufacturing conforming parts, as well as conducting maintenance actives of the machines e.g. reactive, predictive, planned and preventative maintenance.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

im enjoying the work work place and there training plan however the training provider has been messing me around and currently don't know where i currently am in the apprenticeship as no work has been marked and in the last 8 months had 4 work based assessors.

Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

learnt lots of new skill e.g. communication, measurement techniques, operator, and maintenance skills, as well ad becoming a first aider and a mental health first aider.
