The porgramme is well organised and the learning and coaching sessisons have been excellent.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer couldn't be more supportive, having the time set out in my diary to support my learning has been key to keeping on track.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The support from my training provider has been at the right level. When I've had questions they have come back to me quickly and the 121 sessions are really positive and rewarding with great advice and personalised content.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
