Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

My role involves speaking to companies and temporary workers to build relationships and convert clients for our business. I need to manage our workers and complete administrative duties to keep our branch running smoothly. I have learnt from a senior colleague as well as trained new starters.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

It was challenging but engaging. Great for reflecting on my learning and highlighting areas for improvement.

Exceptional support as I'm given time from work to research and complete my tasks and I have the support of a dedicated team who I can call or email at any time during working hours for support. I'm also given an REC membership with further resources, not to mention our company's learning portal.

The Best Connection uses platforms like Viva engage to promote better connected activity. Last year, we did a company olympics, we have a Mental Health Cafe, EDI group which is open to everyone, and more.
