Since I'm part of the first cohort of apprentices, coming in 2022, the structure and organisation has been developing and has much improved over time. There is a comprehensive roadmap involved on assessing where your skills are and what you need to develop on.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

I haven't been short off support. This is another aspect that has improved over time
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Support is there, sometimes challenging due to organisation from the training provider.
