On a day to day I am expected to ensure that letters are sent out to customer informing them if their tarrifs have gone up.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I think the programme is okay but hoped to be doing things more accounting related.
Skills Development
Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I think my communication skills have improved I find it easier to make conversation with my colleagues I think this has also developed my confidence. my time management has improved also as I plan my day as soon as I get in to the office/start work.
Structure and Support
How well organised/structured is your programme?

I think the structure is good I will spend 6 months on each team to get a full experience of all the roles in the office.
