My role as RME Area Manager sees a dynamic approach to managing the operational efficiency and innovative improvements of a large engineering team within a flagship, advanced fulfilment centre.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Every day is Day1! The learning opportunities are relentless. Consistently building on existing skills around people management and fundamental engineering knowledge. Whilst learning new skills and dynamics around project management and emerging technologies.

The programme is ultimately well structured. The apprenticeship sees a seamless integration of learning provider and employer where schedules and commitments are open, visible and supported.

Employer support, until now, has proven to be boundless. There has not been an issue that has not been supported from academic mentorship to schedule support.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Given the requirement for work based product toward modules and EPA the applicability is essential to the success.
