Role leadership position covering EMEA region, responsible for the strategic and operational execution of the Solution Advisory role in SAP. Define strategies, create operational plans, monitor execution and report on key business KPI's
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Every learning module is interesting and find the weekly assignments to be quite thought provoking and as its related to real business situations, really helps to improve my daily contribution and execution of my role.

Absolutely. Its combination of refresh / updating of existing skills with new learnings and methodologies, as well as deepening of these existing skills. Also learned some new skills not yet part of my managerial toolkit

How well organised/structured is your programme?

Very well structured, with each module building on the next, and often find that the answering of assignments then requires me to draw upon combination of previous modules, which is great.
How much support do you receive from your employer?

My direct manager is very supportive and allows the time needed to focus on the learning requirements on weekly basis. He actively engages in the 1:1 sessions with PDE as well, curious to check my progress etc.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Corndell and my assigned PDE are great. Any questions / challenges / clarifications needed thus far has been handled efficiently and well.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The apprentice learning experience is extremely valuable as it combines academic / theory to practical business realities I am faving daily, so can immediately apply what I am learning in the field

What tips or advice would you give to others applying to SAP?
Prepare well for the interview, and present your authentic self. Once inside the company, focus on building personal brand and network. This will open doors and allow you to grow at the pace and direction you desire.
