Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Lead delivery teams, providing advice and guidance with the aim to improve customer user adoption of SAP solution for the strategic customers globally. My day-to-day involves engaging with vast array of stakeholders form Executive to Operational, helping them to achieve maximum usage of their software, that being safeguarding projects in progress or strategic conversations.
To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Having spent 10+ years in IT, thi Programme has been very insightful from a industry agnostic point of view. Giving content on best practice outside of IT and instilling confidence in my capability and identified areas I needed to improve on.

New skills have been obtaining a Cloud mindset, understanding what is involved in a Migration from On-premise too the Cloud, how to leverage AI capabilities and senior stakeholder management

How much support do you receive from your employer?

My employer has given me great support. Outside of my regular manager 1:1s, I now have dedicated sessions on supportive conversations on Apprenticeship programme progression and if any additional help is needed. My employer has allowed me to ring fence time within my working hours each work to the programme.
How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

I receive lots of support from my training provider. When ever I have a question or require clarification, they are always will to help in a timely manner and supportive when it comes to finding the answers.
How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
